1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- "sg7", "we", "us", "our" — refers to sg7, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sg7.bio and all related subdomains and services.

2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the sg7 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and sg7.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sg7 Platform and, if you have already created an Account, contact support to request account closure. Continued use of any part of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all activities performed through your sg7 Account, including all wagers placed, bonuses claimed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. Please ensure you have read all sections before registering.
sg7 reserves the right to require you to re-affirm your acceptance of the Terms at any time, including following material amendments. Failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Account access.
3 Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
The sg7 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is imposed in accordance with applicable Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations. sg7 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and enforces age verification rigorously.
Zero tolerance for underage access: Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any Balance in such an Account will be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements. sg7 cooperates fully with law enforcement where underage gambling is detected.
3.2 Residency and Legal Capacity
By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited; (b) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling; (c) you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement; and (d) you are not acting on behalf of any other person.
3.3 Registration Process
To open an sg7 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required by sg7's KYC procedures. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete throughout your use of the Platform.
3.4 One Account per Person
Each person is permitted to hold only one active sg7 Account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created under your details without your authorization, contact sg7 support immediately.
3.5 Account Verification (KYC)
sg7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your registration or account usage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, source of funds documentation, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4 Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sg7 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. sg7 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorized access resulting from your disclosure of credentials.
You must notify sg7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. sg7 may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze your Account while investigating a reported security concern.
4.2 Accurate Information
You are required to keep your registered account information accurate and current at all times. Any material change to your personal information — including contact details, payment methods, or residential address — must be reported to sg7 support promptly. sg7 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account if information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.
4.3 Account Dormancy
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. sg7 may charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant accounts with a remaining balance, as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Dormant accounts may be reactivated by contacting sg7 customer support and completing any required re-verification.
4.4 Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your sg7 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance must be withdrawn to a verified payment method. sg7 may retain records of your account activity for the period required by applicable law and regulation, even after account closure.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
sg7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current available methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) except where a cryptocurrency option is selected. sg7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — you may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. sg7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) a minimum of one qualifying deposit having been made; (c) no outstanding withdrawal holds related to bonus wagering requirements; and (d) compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. sg7 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of request confirmation, subject to payment provider processing times. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for same-day processing when requested before 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
5.4 Currency and Conversion
The sg7 Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PHP. USDT cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by sg7. sg7 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating a cryptocurrency deposit and its confirmation on the blockchain.
5.5 Declined Transactions
sg7 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account compromise, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, sg7 will notify the affected Player and may require additional verification before processing is resumed.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by sg7 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games and contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions during active wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum bonus-to-withdrawal limits. These specific terms are disclosed at the time each promotion is offered or applied to your Account.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount awarded. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — game contribution rates are disclosed in the relevant promotion terms. sg7 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
sg7 does not permit the exploitation of bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, the use of third-party bonus abuse services, or any other method designed to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where sg7 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, sg7 reserves the right to void associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently bar the Player from the Platform.
6.4 Promotional Changes
sg7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account, provided that the Player continues to comply with all applicable terms.

7 Gameplay Rules
7.1 Game Integrity
All games on the sg7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and verified for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers using physical game equipment streamed in real time. sg7 does not interfere with game outcomes and is committed to the integrity of all game results.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, sg7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the corresponding stake to the Player's Balance. Where a technical issue cannot be clearly resolved, sg7 may refer to game server logs to determine the correct outcome. The decision of sg7's technical team shall be final in all malfunction-related matters.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories and are displayed within each game interface. sg7 reserves the right to impose additional bet restrictions on individual accounts at its discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or where such restrictions are required by regulatory guidelines.
7.4 Displayed Results
The result displayed on the sg7 Platform upon completion of a game round constitutes the official result of that round. Where there is a discrepancy between a displayed result and a Player's expectation, the Platform's server records shall prevail. Players who dispute a game result must submit a formal dispute within seven (7) calendar days of the result being displayed.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the sg7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and/or legal action:
- Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information at any stage;
- Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the sg7 Platform;
- Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or while residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting programs to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human participation;
- Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or game errors for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process proceeds of illegal activity;
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or unauthorized payment methods;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your sg7 Account or Balance to any other individual;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward sg7 staff or other Players;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of any part of the sg7 Platform;
- Posting or transmitting any malicious software, phishing content, or harmful code through the Platform.
Enforcement: sg7 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity — including money laundering and fraud — to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities. All account activity is monitored and records are maintained for compliance purposes.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the sg7 Platform — including but not limited to the sg7 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to sg7. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sg7 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any sg7 content; (b) use the sg7 brand or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by sg7; (c) frame or mirror any portion of the sg7 Platform on any other website or service.
Any unauthorized use of sg7 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability. If you believe any content on the sg7 Platform infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact sg7's support team with full details of your claim.
10 Privacy & Data
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by sg7 is governed by the sg7 Privacy Policy, available at sg7.bio/privacy-policy. By using the sg7 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
sg7 collects personal data for the following principal purposes: account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support. sg7 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming
11.1 Player Protection Commitment

11.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sg7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the sg7 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, technical failures, or the cost of substitute services.
sg7's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their sg7 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sg7's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
sg7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and sg7 disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13 Termination and Suspension
sg7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sg7 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to sg7, other Players, or third parties; or (d) suspension or termination is required by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, sg7 reserves the right to retain any Balance pending investigation or to apply it in satisfaction of any debts or liabilities owed by the Player to sg7. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., Account closure at the Player's request), any verified Balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe via a verified payment method.
14 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any sg7 service, game result, transaction, or account action, you must first raise the matter with sg7 customer support by contacting [email protected]. sg7 will investigate all complaints and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If you are dissatisfied with sg7's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. sg7 cooperates fully with authorized regulatory bodies in the investigation of any escalated complaints.
Disputes relating to individual game rounds must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the game result being displayed. Disputes raised outside this window may not be actionable. All dispute resolution processes are subject to applicable Philippine law.
15 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR, and that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
16 Amendments to These Terms
sg7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Player rights) may be made without prior notice.
